Requirements:
Technical Experience- Embedded Software Engineering/Development.
Proficiency in coding C/C++, Java Script, JSON, Python.
Knowledge of Distributed Version Control System.
Knowledge of RTOS, driver and kernel programming.
Knowledge of development/debugging tool-chain.
Management Experience
Strong task and risk analytic skills.
Proven budget and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationship.
Effective communication skills on all levels-technical and executive team, suppliers, customers.
Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to field of industrial electronics.
Strong understanding of labor related laws and regulations.
Team building experience.
Education
Preferred-Master of Science-Software Engineering
Minimum-Bachelor of Science/Engineering-Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Ability to Travel
20%-development and manufacturing sites in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan.
10%-domestic travel within USA.
5%-Mexico, Canada, Germany.

valid passport.

Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of Project Management Experience and 5 years of Embedded Software Engineering/Development experience.Responsibilities Descriptions
Initiate and Review Project Proposals.
Manage projects-budget, timing, labor and material/equipment cost.
Mitigate technical and financial risks.
Improve and upgrade business systems.
Conflict resolutions-suppliers, customers, team.
Requirements to task conversion.
Scheduling and Optimal task allocation per individual and entire team.
Disorganization Elimination and Deliveries Enforcement.
Project Documentation Management
Establish relationship with suppliers-software, electronics, IT equipment and associated services.
Establish and maintain relationship with customer engineering, purchasing and customer support teams.
Hiring of direct and contract employees for assigned projects.
